The Story
The Dream Factory is a charitable organization created by International Christian Center in 2012. Mr. Tyus Nedd who is the founder, as well as the Pastor of The International Christian Center, sought to create a place to empower people to pursue their dreams. He believed dreams are powerful. Dreams spark creativity, imagination, and innovation. Dreams provide a glimpse into an individual’s possibility.
“Dreams offer the hope and inspiration needed to fuel individual success. Without a dream, you cannot be the best version of yourself.”
– Founder, Tyus Nedd

The Mission
Our mission is to inspire individuals to dream again. We believe dreams are vital to an individual’s overall health and general well-being. The Dream Factory seeks to be an asset to individuals who dare to dream, providing resources enabling them to push their dreams into reality.
The Dream Again Vision
We envision a city where:
• Children laugh freely and learn without limits.
• Families flourish in safe, supportive neighborhoods.
• Schools innovate, churches empower, and businesses invest in people over profit.
• The arts are not just entertainment, but the soul of our streets.
• Well-being is expected, not exceptional.
• Diversity is celebrated, not tolerated.
• And dreams once deferred are reignited.
The Dream Poem
What If...
What if there were neighborhoods
where children’s laughter danced on every corner,
where strangers became friends with a smile and a handshake,
and every block felt like home, no matter where you came from?
What if the streets were alive with the flavors of the world
spices in the air, music in the distance,
and colors that told stories of culture, joy, and unity?
What if you were handed a playbook
that made life feel like more than survival
a game worth playing, a future worth building?
What if every breath you took
carried the scent of hope…
and awakened the dreams you thought were lost?
We know a place.
We see the spark.
We believe in the comeback.
We know a place… Columbus, Ohio.
It’s time to Dream Again.
